At Navigators, we believe every child and young person deserves an education that truly understands them  – one that recognises their strengths, builds confidence, and reignites their belief in what’s possible.

Our vision has always been simple: to reach the young people who have not thrived in traditional settings, and to re-engage them through bespoke, interest-led learning. We work closely with each learner and their family to create an environment where they feel safe, supported, and inspired to succeed. 

As a looked after child myself, I understand how important developing trust and nurturing a positive approach to learning is for our young people. That experience has shaped everything we do at Navigators  –  from the way we build relationships, to the way we support learners to thrive not only academically, but socially and emotionally too.

I’m incredibly proud of the impact Navigators has made across Greater Manchester and the North West, supporting young people into brighter futures through our pre-16, college and vocational pathways.
