Our mission is to continue to be the leading provision in shaping the future of a new personal, social and academic offer for children, young people and adults. We do this through our pre-16 Alternative Provision and our Specialised Independent College.
We could never accomplish this without the dedication of our team of employees. We currently employ over 185 people in a broad spectrum of roles from learning support mentors, teachers, social workers and counsellors to human resources, finance and administrators.
