Navigators college ensure the safeguarding of our young people and adults is of highest priority. 

All our staff complete annual child protection and safeguarding adults training along with training in other areas to support our students. 

Navigators staff are all aware of the college’s safeguarding procedures and reporting expectations. We use the secure system CPOMS.

Navigators College have a strong safeguarding and pastoral team who support students, families, and staff. The safeguarding and pastoral team work with a wide range of external agencies to ensure our learners are supported to the highest level. We have a secure system in place to record all concerns via CPOMS.
