We are recruiting for a number of Learning Support Mentor roles at Navigators. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and child centred Alternative Education & Nurture Provision supporting children and young people across Greater Manchester through a nurturing and growth mindset approach.

The successful candidates will be enthusiastic, empathetic, versatile and outgoing with lots of enthusiasm. They will be reliable, highly organised, resourceful, creative and have a passion for equipping our students with the essential tools they need to thrive socially, ethically, academically and in life. They will become part of the 121 Learning Support Mentor alternative provision team, planning, preparing and delivering a specialised curriculum for individual key students and also support the monitoring, assessment, recording and reporting on achievement, progress and development for students who attend 121 learning.
