At Navigators we ensure the safeguarding of our young people is the highest priority.   

All our staff complete annual child protection training and KCSIE update training along with training in other areas to support our students. 

Navigators staff are all aware of the organisation’s safeguarding procedures and reporting expectations. We use the secure system CPOMS. 

We have a strong safeguarding and pastoral team who support students, families and staff. The safeguarding and pastoral team work with a wide range of external agencies to ensure our young people are supported to the highest level.
