A number of our students were recently captured on camera by renowned leading Manchester photographer Jody Hartley as they took part in their individual programmes here at Navigators. From traditional ‘classroom’ learning to culinary activities, boxing, and bike maintenance, each student follows a specially created bespoke programme tailored to their individual learning plan.

The team at Navigators understand the best way to engage young people in learning is to understand their interests and what is meaningful to them. By creating a bespoke programme for each student, we are able to tailor activities to not only their likes but their needs, enabling them to engage in ways that may have previously been difficult. Individualised mentoring establishes a nurturing framework where students feel cared for, supported and invested in. The power of this approach can be transformational for our students.

We are dedicated to equipping our students with the vital tools necessary to thrive socially, ethically, academically, and in life. These captivating pictures encapsulate the dedication we instill in our students for a brighter future and capturing the moments can be inspirational amongst staff and students. Photographs can help us understand a deeper nature of the subject, helping others to understand the work we do here.

Take a look at some of the incredible pictures below.
